How can we help you?

  • Carhartt WIP AU offers flat rate shipping of $14 within Australia and $24 to any address within New Zealand regardless of order size. Orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel delivery service.

  • Order processing at the Carhartt WIP AU warehouse generally takes 1-3 business days with shipping times being determined by Australia Post. Please note multiple items from an order may cause delayed dispatch if these items exist in different stock locations. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched that you can use to track the status of your shipment.

  • If you are not home on the day your shipment is delivered, no problems! Australia Post will either leave an attempted delivery card if you don’t have a MyPost account, or you will receive digital notifications either via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. You can then pick it up from the Post Office or collection point at a more convenient time for you.

  • Please accept our apologies if we do not deliver to your country. Carhartt WIP AU currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand.

  • Carhartt WIP AU customer service representatives are available if you have any problems. We will gladly help you if you have any questions about our products or your order. please use the contact form found here.

  • Yes, you can certainly pay with foreign credit cards. carhartt-wip.com.au accepts all major credit cards including:Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must be purchased by a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

  • Reserving products in the online shop is unfortunately not possible at this time.

  • If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at online@carhartt-wip.com.au as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 1 week of purchase.

    We will repair the fault if possible. In the event that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product.

    Please send a photograph of the fault, this will prevent any possible delays in the returns process. Upon receiving the defective product, we will then need to approve the claim.

  • In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns on items that are unwashed, unworn, in their original packaging and condition, with swing tags attached. Online orders can only be refunded via our online department. Refunds cannot be made at our store. We ask that you contact us via our online contact form or email us at online@carhartt-wip.com.au . Any new return sent without authorisation can be refused. 

    We are not currently offering exchanges, if you are after a different size or style, we ask that you place a new order for your correct item(s). 

    Returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.

    Due to hygiene reasons and staff handling we do not accept returns on socks or undergarments under any circumstances. 

    Shipping costs for change of mind will not be refunded.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items. 

    Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.

    We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
